    Since 1978 Optimas has successfully launched 7 models of paver laying machines to the market. The concept of the new model H88 Toro is based on intensive cooperation and the exchange of valuable information with our professional users.     The Optimas Paver laying machine forms the backbone of the Optimas product range in our mission to "rationalise and humanise paving sites". The Paver laying machine is basically an all-purpose device which finds its main application in the laying of all current standard concrete paving formats.

    The Optimas Paver has been employed in Germany for decades for the mechanical laying of concrete paving.

    Its patented steering mechanism ensures that the highly manoeuvrable Optimas Paver laying machine can carefully traverse freshly laid paving – joints remain undamaged. Its high degree of mobility also makes it useful for use on narrow building sites. Its user-friendly controls ensure a high work rate, which enables laying rates of over 1,000 sqm per day on large-scale building sites. Transport is effected by car trailer.

    The variable hydraulic clamp can also be adapted in minutes to any construction machinery such as excavators, wheeled loaders, backhoe excavators, fork-lift trucks, special machines etc. It functions in exactly the same way as the clamp on the Paver laying machine. The attachment on the excavator arm is handled via a simple socket pin and the hydraulic connections can be easily connected.

    The hydraulic excavator clamp can be infinitely adjusted to all stone sizes, stone layers and stone thicknesses and can also move rectangular and quadratic stones in the running bond.

    The hydraulic excavator clamp is available for construction machinery in single loop system and dual loop system variants. Should the construction machinery have only one hydraulic circuit, the functions “Adjust” and “Open/Close” are carried out automatically one after the other.

    An attractive entry into automated paving laying… and retrofitting to the Optimas Paver laying machine is possible at a later date!

    Another area of application for the Optimas basic machine is the laying of slabs and special stones (e.g. fuel station stones) by means of vacuum technology.

    Furthermore, Optimas vacuum technology can also be adapted to other construction machinery such as, for example, different mini-excavators, wheeled loaders etc. without requiring tools.

    The Optimas vacuum is primarily used for laying concrete slabs and special stones that, because of uncommon individual shapes or special building site situations, make this technology an efficient laying option.

    Another area of application for the Optimas basic machine is the laying of slabs and special stones (e.g. fuel station stones) by means of vacuum technology.

    Furthermore, Optimas vacuum technology can also be adapted to other construction machinery such as, for example, different mini-excavators, wheeled loaders etc. without requiring tools.

    The Optimas vacuum is primarily used for laying concrete slabs and special stones that, because of uncommon individual shapes or special building site situations, make this technology an efficient laying option.
